Meng Warship Builder U-Boat Type VII is a stylized, cute snap-fit kit of the German submarine in cartoon form.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is an entertaining stylized kit of the German Type VII submarine from the Warship Builder range. The model is deliberately distorted into a cute cartoon egg style with a short, chubby hull, so it is in no scale at all and is not a faithful replica. The kit is conceived as snap-fit, with the parts fitting into each other without glue, and is supplemented with stickers, so the build is quick and simple.
The Type VII submarine was the most widespread type of German submarine of the Second World War and was built in large numbers. The stylized model plays with the characteristic features of the real thing, such as the conning tower and the periscope, transferred into a humorous form.
Thanks to the snap-fit design you can build the model without glue or paint. If you want to improve the result, the joints can be secured with a drop of cement for plastic and the color areas brought out with acrylics; the stickers included take the place of decals.
The model is supplied unassembled. The snap-fit design and the stickers allow it to be built without glue or paints, which are not included in the package.
