A single 17 ml bottle of AK interactive acrylic modeling paint. It is a water-thinnable acrylic, so neither an enamel nor a lacquer: it is thinned with water or an acrylic thinner and brushes are cleaned in water. The shade is aimed at the desert sand finish of modern French army vehicles. The original French designation Sable Desert IR is the manufacturer's own name for the shade, which keeps it traceable across sources.
For modelers building contemporary French vehicles, or vehicles on desert deployment in general, who want to start from a specific established shade rather than a generic sand. The paint can be used with a brush and, once thinned, with an airbrush. On the large surfaces of a hull we recommend several thin coats over a primer, as the result is more even and holds better.
Shake the bottle thoroughly before use, as the pigment settles. When spraying, use extraction or a respirator and ventilate the room. Keep out of the reach of children.
