AK Interactive Glossy Varnish 60 ml

A water-thinnable acrylic gloss varnish for finishing a model and for preparing a smooth surface under decals. It is applied with a brush as well as with an airbrush and forms an even gloss layer that protects the paint and at the same time serves as the ideal base under decals and under later washes. The varnish is odorless, is thinned with an acrylic thinner (or with water) and dries in the order of a few hours. The volume of the bottle is 60 ml.

Use

• Apply a gloss layer to the painted model as a base under the decals.
• A smooth gloss surface prevents the matte framing of decals (the silvering effect).
• Apply it with a brush or an airbrush; for spraying, thin it with an acrylic thinner.
• Washes flow and clean up better on a gloss varnish.
• The surface can then be sealed with a matte or satin varnish as required.
