About product

AMMO IJN Medium Grey – acrylic paint, 17 ml

This is a water-thinnable acrylic modeling paint in a 17 ml bottle, not a kit. IJN Medium Grey reproduces the medium gray shade used on the aircraft of the Imperial Japanese Navy. It serves as an opaque base color for the fuselage and wing surfaces of the matching machines. Once dry it has a flat finish.

Use

  • Thins with water or with the acrylic thinner of the same brand
  • Applied with a brush and with an airbrush (always thin it for an airbrush)
  • Best over an even primer for a clean shade
  • Suitable for the continuous surfaces of Japanese naval aircraft

Who the paint is for

For modelers of Imperial Japanese Navy aircraft of the Second World War who want a faithful medium gray shade. It is an opaque paint, not a transparent clear coat.

Keep out of the reach of children and ventilate while working. Shake well before use.
