A modeling paint from the IONIC range by AMMO of Mig Jimenez. The name Lavender refers to the lavender color, that is, to a light violet with a cool, slightly grayed cast. Compare the exact tone with the manufacturer's color chart; a dried coat on a model looks different from the paint in the bottle, and with light shades that goes double.
Lavender rarely appears on a large area of a scale model, but it is invaluable in detail. Builders of figures reach for it for cloaks, dresses and fabric accessories, and in a diorama for flowering plants and small furnishings. It also comes into its own in mixing: added to the shadow of a light area it shifts it toward the cool and the shadow stays colored, whereas darkening with black deadens the shade.
What you order is the paint alone in the shade named; thinner and tools do not go with it, unless stated otherwise. Close the bottle carefully after work and store it dry, away from frost and direct sun.
