The modeling paint IONIC Undead Skin from AMMO of Mig Jimenez. A pale flesh shade for supernatural characters among fantasy figures.
Responsibility details are not available.
Undead Skin is a pale flesh tone from the IONIC range by AMMO of Mig Jimenez. The name points to the fantasy characters of the undead, that is, to figures whose skin is to look bloodless and cold, unlike living characters with a warm cast. It is therefore used where paleness is the intention, not a mistake.
It comes into its own on fantasy figures and busts, on animated skeletons and wraiths, and on supernatural beings in board games too. Outside fantasy it serves wherever skin is to look unhealthily pale, that is, on wounded, frozen or starved figures. It also works well as a lightening tone on raised places over a darker flesh base.
Stir the contents of the bottle before use; the pigment settles while it stands. Use the thinner intended for this range and read the thinning ratio on the packaging. Pale tones have no depth of their own, so it pays to complete them with a darker shadow in the eye sockets, under the cheekbones and in the folds; without that a face looks flat. Apply thin coats and let the surface dry between them. Try the shade out on a piece of plastic, as the tone once dry tends to differ from the one in the bottle.
A brush, thinner and further shades are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
