Jigen Build Knuckles Kaku is an accessory set of Bandai plastic parts for customizing robot models. The parts are pre-colored in the plastic and snap together, without glue.

The set is one of the optional parts Bandai releases alongside its kits. It is therefore not a model but equipment you add to a finished build. The word knuckles in the name refers to fist and striking elements, and the suffix in quotation marks on the box distinguishes one of the appearance variants of the same set. The parts are injection-molded from plastic colored right through, so all you have to do is nip them off and fit them.
Why optional parts
The optional parts system is built on the same mounts recurring across the kits. A model can thereby be armed and re-equipped without cutting into the original parts, and the whole modification is reversible: you can take the set off at any time and use it on another build. Check the exact number of parts and the scope of the package on the box of the set.
Nip the parts off with sprue cutters a little away from the part and sand the gate mark down with a fine file or a sponge. Pre-colored plastic lets you build without a brush, but with striking parts in particular a little extra work pays off: a metallic shade on the contact surfaces, a dark wash in the recesses and a matte varnish will turn them into convincing armament. Painting is a choice, not a condition.
The set contains the accessory parts only; the model is not part of it.
