This is an abrasive file with a flexible foam backing, made in Japan by Mineshima. Thanks to the foam core the pad conforms flexibly to the shape of the part and sands evenly even on rounded and irregular surfaces. The MicroFine variant is very fine and is meant for the finishing stages of surface work.
