About product

Mr.Paint Lemon Gray (30 ml)

A lemon gray shade from the Mr.Paint modeling range representing the Russian aviation primer, the base coat used in the construction of Russian aircraft. It is a paint on a lacquer base, pre-thinned and ready to spray straight from the bottle; once dry it gives a very thin, smooth film with a satin matte surface. It comes into its own wherever the interior, the landing gear bays or unpainted areas of Russian aircraft are visible. The paint is intended for the airbrush only.

Use

  • Ready for the airbrush, with a nozzle of about 0.3 mm usually without further thinning
  • Suitable for landing gear bays, interiors and areas with visible aviation primer on Russian machines
  • Spray in thin coats onto a clean surface at low pressure
  • For fine techniques, thin further with the lacquer thinner from the same range; clean the tools with lacquer thinner

Who it is for

For modelers of Russian and Soviet aircraft who want to capture the shade of the aviation primer faithfully and who work with an airbrush.

A solvent-based lacquer product: flammable. Use in a well-ventilated area, with a respirator and away from open flame. Intended for the airbrush only. Keep out of the reach of children.

It is a paint on a lacquer base. It is pre-thinned and intended for the airbrush only; it is thinned with lacquer thinner, not with water.

With a usual nozzle of about 0.3 mm it is mostly ready to spray; for fine techniques it can be thinned further with the lacquer thinner from the same range.
