AMMO Light Rust - pigment

Light Rust from AMMO is a superfine modeling pigment (loose powder) in a light orange-ocher rust shade. It is used to create realistic corrosion and dust effects on vehicles, ships and dioramas. Compared with the medium rust version it is a lighter, fresher tone matching corrosion in its early stages.

Use

• The pigment is applied with a dry brush onto surfaces that are meant to look rusted
• To anchor it permanently it is fixed to the surface with a suitable pigment fixer or with thinner
• Suitable for fresh rust patches, chipped paint and lighter corrosion transitions
• It can be combined with darker rust shades for a three-dimensional, natural transition

For modelers of vehicles and diorama builders who build up realistic weathering and are used to working with pigments.

This is a fine powder: do not breathe it in and do not blow into it. Use in a well-ventilated area and store out of the reach of children.
