LPW07 - Eroding Dark Rust Liquid Pigments Washes

Lifecolor Eroding Dark Rust (a liquid pigment wash)

A water-based acrylic wash in a 22 ml bottle from the Italian liquid pigment range. The dark rust shade is intended for advanced corrosion, flaking surfaces and deep rust-colored shadows. The wash is ready for immediate use, does not have to be thinned, and it is a non-toxic product without aggressive solvents.

Use

• Let the surface dry, moisten it with water and lay the wash on with a brush until you reach the effect you want.
• It can be applied with a brush or an airbrush, and the individual shades can be mixed with each other.
• The effect can be weakened or removed with the designated remover even several days after application, without damaging the base.
• Combine it with lighter rust shades for natural transitions of corrosion.

Who it is for

For modelers of military vehicles, ships, trains and dioramas who want realistic corrosion effects by a water-thinnable technique.

Keep out of the reach of children. When airbrushing, ventilate and protect your airways.
