Lifecolor Eroding Light Rust (a liquid pigment wash)

A water-based acrylic wash in a 22 ml bottle from the Italian liquid pigment range. The lighter rust shade is intended for fresh and surface rust, orange hints of corrosion and the transitions between metal and rust. The wash is ready for immediate use, does not have to be thinned, and it is a non-toxic product without aggressive solvents.

Use

• Let the surface dry, moisten it with water and lay the wash on with a brush until you reach the effect you want.
• It can be applied with a brush or an airbrush, and the individual shades can be mixed with each other.
• The effect can be weakened or removed with the designated remover even several days after application, without damaging the base.
• Combine it with darker rust shades for a three-dimensional look to the corrosion.
