A universal etched material from the manufacturer Eduard: a sheet of thin steel mesh with regular diamond-shaped (rhombic) openings. It is neither a model nor a set for a particular machine, but a raw material from which you cut a piece of the shape you need and use it as a faithful replacement for molded grilles, screens and gratings. Steel mesh holds its shape, bends well and suits modelers who want to raise the detail where a kit offers only simplified relief.
Transfer the shape you need onto the mesh, cut it out with sharp metal shears or with a scalpel and level the edges. Form the part by pressing it and bond it with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Steel can be painted once it has been degreased and primed; an airbrush holds on mesh better than a brush. Protect your eyes and fingers when cutting and sanding.
This is a material (etched mesh), not a model or a set for a particular machine. Glue, paints and tools are not included in the package.
