The MH Models modeling scriber

A hand scribing tool from the Czech manufacturer MH Models intended for engraving and restoring panel lines and engraved detail on the surface of a model. With its sharp tip the modeler guides a groove which, once painted, brings out the division of the surface. It is not a paint and not a kit, but a working tool.

Use

  • Guide the scriber along a template or a strip of tape with repeated light strokes until a clean groove appears.
  • Ideal for restoring lines lost after filling and sanding joints.
  • Suitable for fine scribing work and markings on plastic too.
  • Work by pulling toward yourself in small steps, so that the tip does not slip.
