Mr.Paint MRP-A018 Brass, a brass metallic (MRP Aqua line)

A model paint from the Slovak maker Mr.Paint (MRP). The MRP Aqua line (codes MRP-A0xx) is a water-thinnable acrylic for brush and airbrush; unlike the standard MRP lacquer line it is practically odorless and is thinned with water. The shade Brass is a metallic brass with its typical warm golden tone. This is a paint, not a kit or a detail set.

Use

• Airbrush: the paint is ready to spray without thinning; ideal for larger brass areas and even metallic highlights.
• Brush: the Aqua line is intended for the brush as well, which helps on small parts such as brass trim strips, fittings, valves and buckles.
• Thinning with water or with the thinner for the Aqua line; flush the airbrush immediately after use.
• Typical use: cartridge cases and rounds, brass water fittings and hardware on ships, musical and technical details, brass parts of machines and locomotives, accessories of figures.
• For a realistic look, add a dark wash into the recesses of the brass, as a bare metallic with no accents looks flat.

A water-thinnable acrylic. Work in a well-ventilated room and use respiratory protection when airbrushing (atomized paint is inhaled regardless of the type of binder). Keep out of the reach of children and protect from frost. The paint is supplied on its own; thinner and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
