Je to akryl. Odstín patří do akrylové řady Aqua od Mr.Paint – ředí se vodou nebo akrylovým ředidlem stejného výrobce a dá se nanášet i štětcem. Není to laková (nitro) barva z hlavní řady Mr.Paint.

U raných schémat se RLM 65 na spodku kombinuje s tmavými horními plochami RLM 70 Schwarzgrün a RLM 71 Dunkelgrün. Oba odstíny najdeš ve stejné řadě, takže je můžeš objednat společně.

Není. RLM 65 Hellblau je světlá modř spodních ploch, zatímco RLM 24 Dunkelblau je sytá tmavá modř používaná na značení a doplňky. Jsou to zcela odlišné odstíny s odlišným účelem.

Na německé letouny raného období války, kdy se spodní plochy stříkaly světle modrou a horní tmavou zelení. Pro pozdější denní stíhačky se od roku 1941 používaly jiné odstíny spodních ploch – řiď se schématem přiloženým ke stavebnici.
