Nitrile is popular in a workshop because the gloves hold the shape of the hand, do not slip on a smooth surface and leave you enough feel to hold tweezers, a brush and a small part. The gloves are an item of their own, that is workshop equipment, not part of any set.
The gloves will be appreciated by anyone who paints regularly and does not want to scrub paint off their hands every time, and especially by those who have trouble with latex.
