Open Web Truss Warren (1 pcs) H-25,4mm W-46,8mm T-7,9mm L-300mm

Plastruct Open Web Truss Warren — a plastic truss girder

A building semi-finished material, not a kit. It is a ready-made plastic truss girder from Plastruct with an open Warren web (the diagonals form a repeating W). This version is larger and heavier. It serves as a material for dioramas, bridges, cranes and roof and industrial structures. The girder is 25.4 mm high, 46.8 mm wide and 7.9 mm thick and 300 mm long. There is 1 piece per package.

Use

• It is cut to the length needed with a saw or a blade and glued with cement for plastics.
• Ideal for large bridge and roof girders, crane jibs and halls.
• The surface can be sanded, filled and, once primed, sprayed with paint and weathered.
• It combines with the profiles and sheets in the same range into larger assemblies.

Who it is for

For builders of larger dioramas and of industrial or railroad models who need a ready-made heavy truss structure.

This is a building material (a plastic truss girder), not a model. Paints, glue and other parts are not included in the package.
