An acrylic modeling paint from the Italian maker Lifecolor in a bottle with a volume of twenty-two milliliters. The shade carries the designation Verde Scuro Antivegetativo, that is dark green antifouling, and belongs to the range intended for the ships of the Italian Navy. The paint thins with water, is applied with a brush as well as an airbrush and holds on plastic, resin and metal.
Shake the paint properly before use. Mark the boundary between the underwater and the above-water part of the hull with masking tape laid along a line that you trace beforehand from the stand. Apply it in thin coats, otherwise the fine plating texture will be lost on the hull. Coat a matte surface with gloss varnish before decals. Wash brushes and the airbrush right after work, as dried acrylic is harder to remove.
Use it in a well-ventilated space and wear a respirator when airbrushing. Avoid contact with the eyes and the skin, keep it out of the reach of children and close the bottle carefully after use.
