Peach Playmarker marker

A marker from the Playmarker line in a peach shade, that is a light warm tone on the border between orange and pink. The tip applies the paint directly, so there is no brush and no palette to prepare, and all you need is the model, a mat and a spare moment. It shows most on small areas, because painting them takes less time than mixing the paint would.

Where peach fits

The light warm shade suits anywhere a surface should look soft and lively. It comes into its own on textiles and fabric accessories of figures, on flowers and fruit in a diorama, on ceramics, on the light parts of equipment and on small ornaments. It also serves well as a highlighting tone over a darker warm base, where going over the raised edges is enough to give the surface depth.

Working with the marker

• Try the stroke on a piece of scrap plastic first, so that you know how much paint the tip gives.
• The surface should be clean, dry and degreased, otherwise the stroke breaks up.
• Apply the paint in thin coats and let them dry; a second pass deepens the shade.
• On a matte base the paint holds more reliably than on smooth gloss varnish.
• Wipe the tip after work and close the marker carefully so that it does not dry out.
• For thinning, cleaning and any clear coating, follow the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging.

Terms of supply

A marker in the stated shade is supplied. The model, figures, other shades and varnishes are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise. Work in a well-ventilated room and keep the marker out of the reach of children.
