LifeColor PG105 Dry Dust Powder Pigment

A powdered weathering pigment from the Powder Pigments range by the Italian manufacturer LifeColor. The fine dry powder serves for applying realistic dust and dirt; it is not a covering paint. The Dry Dust shade imitates light dry dust settled on the running gear, the lower surfaces and the horizontal areas of vehicles. The pigment can be applied dry or bound with a medium.

Use

• Apply with a soft brush, dry, into the recesses and onto the exposed surfaces.
• For permanent hold, fix it with a fixative or mix it with water, thinner or a medium.
• Mixing it with paint gives thick mixtures for deposits of dried mud and dust.
• It holds best on a matte base; build up the layers to the intensity you want.

For modelers of military vehicles, cars and aircraft who want to dust the suspension and lower areas of a model convincingly.

A fine powder: do not inhale it and do not work in a draft. A respirator and good ventilation are recommended. Keep out of the reach of children.
