A profile with a U-shaped section in white polystyrene. The height is 4.8 mm, the width 3.4 mm and the material 0.8 mm thick; it is supplied in a length of 375 mm. It is used for troughs, guide rails, frames and the load-bearing members of models of buildings, vehicles and dioramas.
Styrene is easy to shorten, sand and glue with solvent cement, which makes a firm joint. The profile can be primed and painted with ordinary paints.
