Tamiya PS-20 Fluorescent Red Spray (100 ml)

An aerosol lacquer spray from the PS range for the polycarbonate (Lexan) bodies of RC models. A fluorescent (neon-bright) red with high luminosity that draws the eye and makes a model more visible on the track. The coat is flexible, does not crack on a body that flexes, and dries quickly.

Use

• It is applied to the back (inner) side of the clear body.
• Fluorescent shades have weaker covering power and come out best over a white undercoat applied from inside the body.
• Apply it in several thin coats for the full richness of the neon.
• Expect fluorescent pigments to lose their brightness over time and in direct sunlight - that is a property of this type of paint.

For modelers of RC cars who want a striking, clearly visible body with a racing character.

The PS range is for polycarbonate/Lexan. Apply it to ordinary polystyrene carefully - lacquer chemistry can attack thin plastic; test it on an offcut. Flammable, use it with good ventilation away from sources of fire.
