Tamiya PS-8 Light Green is a light green lacquer spray of 100 ml for the polycarbonate bodies of radio-controlled models.
Responsibility details are not available.
A light green from the Tamiya PS line. Chemically the line is a lacquer and it is formulated to hold on the flexible polycarbonate of radio-controlled model bodies and not to crack under impacts and flexing. It is not intended for styrene plastic kits, for which the manufacturer has a different line of sprays. The can holds 100 ml and it sprays straight, with no thinning.
For owners of radio-controlled cars and aircraft with a polycarbonate body who want a clearly visible scheme. Light green reads well on the track and is used both as the main color and as a secondary area next to a darker green or black. It also suits anyone who wants to get the painting done without a compressor and an airbrush.
Safety at work: the can is under pressure and the contents are flammable. Work outdoors or at an open window with extraction, never near an open flame, and use a respirator and eye protection. Spray from a distance of roughly 25 to 30 centimeters and first make a test spray on a piece of scrap material so that you know how the nozzle behaves. Do not pierce or burn an empty can and keep it away from temperatures above 40 degrees.
