1:48 PV-1 LööK is a color resin instrument panel from the brand Eduard that replaces the kit part in the cockpit of a Lockheed PV-1 Ventura model.

The LööK line set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard brings an instrument panel cast in resin and printed in color over the instruments. It is intended for a Lockheed PV-1 model in 1:48 scale and replaces the part from the kit, which normally has to be painted in by hand. It is not a kit or a complete interior but a targeted accessory for the cockpit.
The instrument panel is the most visible thing in a cockpit, especially on models with an open canopy. A finished part in color saves the work of painting the individual dials and picking out the bezels, and the result is legible even under the clear part. The color print is applied directly to the resin part, so the detail does not have to be built up from several layers.
First compare the kit part dry against the resin replacement and remove any surplus plastic. Wash the resin before gluing in lukewarm water with a drop of detergent, so the mold release agent residue disappears. It is glued with super glue, because ordinary cement for plastic has no effect on resin. Protect the colored surface from sanding and from strong thinners, and handle the part only once the glue has set.
The set is an accessory, not a kit. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
