A rectangular plastic rod with a section of 3.2 mm (height) x 4.0 mm (width) and a length of 250 mm. This precisely extruded profile in modeling plastic cuts, sands, drills and glues well and serves as a universal building material for making your own parts. The heavier section suits places where a stiffer girder or a more pronounced edge is needed. The package holds one piece.
Part the profile with a saw or a sharp blade and dress the edges with fine abrasive paper. Polystyrene profiles are joined with modeling cement for plastic; for joints with dissimilar materials use cyanoacrylate glue. The surface can be primed and sprayed with ordinary modeling paints.
This is a raw building material, not a finished model or a kit. Glue and paints are not included in the package.
