This is a modeling tool, not a kit. The cutter lets you cut an exact circle or disc of the diameter you choose out of thin plastic, sheet metal, card or film. It suits making your own parts, spacers, hatches, instrument panels or circular details a kit does not contain.
For modelers who make their own circular parts or modify kits. It will be appreciated by more experienced builders and by makers of dioramas.
The material to be cut and a model are not included in the package. Work on a cutting mat and protect your fingers.
