About product

Mr.Paint RLM 02 Grau (Acrylic Lacquer for Airbrush)

A modeling paint based on acrylic lacquer from manufacturer Mr.Paint in the authentic shade RLM 02 Grau. The paint is pre-thinned and ready for immediate airbrush spraying; it is not intended for brush application. RLM 02 is one of the most versatile German aircraft shades of the Second World War — a light gray-green.

Use

  • Cockpit and cabin interiors of early Luftwaffe aircraft
  • Early upper camouflage and additional surfaces
  • Landing gear (wheel) bays of German aircraft
  • Airbrush spraying — the paint is pre-thinned and can be adjusted with a suitable lacquer thinner for spraying
  • For models in 1:32, 1:48, and 1:72 scale

Who it is for

Suitable for modelers building Luftwaffe aircraft who work with an airbrush and want an accurate, historically correct RLM 02 shade. Lacquer paints are appreciated for their durable, smooth surface and good coverage.

A lacquer-based paint — flammable. Use only in a well-ventilated space, with a respirator fitted with an organic vapor filter, and away from open flame. Intended exclusively for airbrush spraying.
