A modeling brush with a flexible rubber tip, intended for applying and shaping thick materials. The material wipes off rubber more easily than off bristles.
Responsibility details are not available.
A conventional brush is built for paint, not for a thick material. As soon as paste or putty gets into the bristles it dries between them and the brush is usually lost. A rubber tip does not have that problem: it is solid, the material stays on its surface and can be wiped off. This tool belongs among the special brushes and serves precisely for work with thick materials.
Take up only a small amount of material. The flexible tip spreads it with a stroke, but its main strength is that it can be pressed down: heavier pressure makes a more pronounced mark, while a light stroke leaves a surface almost smooth. Try the texture out on a piece of card first; a finished surface is harder to rework. Wipe the tip immediately after work, while the material is still damp. A dried layer can usually be peeled off rubber, but it is an extra delay. Put the tool down tip upward, so that the flexible point does not rest against the bench and bend permanently.
The tool itself is supplied. Materials, putties and paints are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
