Sherman M4A3E2 Jumbo is a kit of plastic bricks of the COBI brand — a model of the American assault tank, which is assembled with no glue and no painting.

A model of the heavily armored variant of the American medium tank built from the system of plastic bricks of the Polish manufacturer COBI. It is not an injection-molded plastic model: the parts are not cut from sprues, not glued, filled or sprayed, they are merely clicked together according to pictorial instructions. The coloring is given by the shade of the bricks and by printing.
The M4A3E2 designation is carried by the version of the Sherman adapted for fighting at the head of a formation. Compared with the ordinary M4A3 it was given markedly thickened frontal hull armor, added armor on the sides of the turret and a new, much more massive cast turret with a thicker front. The higher weight was dealt with by altering the gear ratio, which reduced the speed, and the running gear stayed in the form with vertical volute springs. The tanks served in western Europe at the end of the Second World War and some of them were rearmed in the field with a more powerful gun. The Jumbo nickname derives precisely from the weight and the bulk of the armor.
The build calls for no tools or chemicals. Work through the sections of the instructions and join the individual blocks to each other only after checking that the layers have seated fully home — on a model of a tank a deviation shows up most on the width of the hull and the seating of the turret. Leave the tracks and the road wheels to the end, and before you close them up, turn the model over and check that the two sides are symmetrical. Fit the turret right at the very end, so it does not come loose during handling. The finished model can be taken apart; for permanent display a closed case does it good.
The kit is supplied unassembled. The bricks are joined by clicking together; glue and paints are not needed to finish it and are not included in the package.
