This set from Quinta Studio contains 3D-printed decals with raised (positive) rivets arranged in single rows. The rivet size is 0.25 mm, the gap between rivets is 1.0 mm and the color is white. The total length of the strips is 5.8 m. The dimensions correspond above all to 1/24 scale. These are not marking decals but a tool for creating raised riveting.
The rivet rows go onto the surface of a model and create a fine raised relief of rivets that, once painted over, looks like part of the surface. The solution is quicker and cleaner than embossing rivets by hand and suits fuselages, wings, cowlings and car bodies wherever missing detail has to be added.
Degrease the surface, measure off the strip and lay it along the line you need, then lift the carrier film off. We recommend using a decal softener for perfect adhesion to shaped surfaces. Once dry, spray over with a primer and paint so that the rivets blend into the surface.
The accessory is supplied unpainted. It is neither a standalone model nor marking decals but rows of rivets for detailing a surface.
