CMK smooth saw, both sides, 1 pc

This is a fine modeling saw blade from the maker CMK, fitted with teeth on both sides. The smooth, densely spaced teeth are intended for very precise and clean cuts which leave a minimum burr. The package holds one saw blade. It is not a model or a kit but a modeling tool.

Use

• Precise parting of plastic and resin parts.
• Cutting off casting blocks and sprue gates in places where nippers would be coarse.
• Cutting through panel lines, hatches and fine notches.
• Work in narrow places where a thin and fine cut is needed.

Work tip

The blade is used with a suitable handle which ensures firm guidance and safe cutting. Cut on the pull with little pressure so that the teeth run straight and the material does not crack. After the cut, clean the edge up with a file or abrasive paper.
