SOFT AND SMOOTH SPONGE – SANDPAPER SET 4 UNITS

AK Interactive sanding sponge set (4 pieces)

A set of four flexible sanding sponges from the maker AK Interactive. It is not a paint and not a kit but an aid for sanding and cleaning up plastic as well as resin parts. The sponges have an abrasive layer on a soft flexible backing, so they adapt to rounded and broken-up shapes and reach places that stiff abrasive paper cannot. The color coding of the sponges makes it easy to tell the individual grits apart.

Use

• Fine sanding and cleaning up of parting lines and gate marks
• Unifying the surface before a primer and paint are applied
• Sanding rounded and broken-up surfaces that stiff paper cannot reach
• The set contains several grits distinguished by the color of the sponge

Who the set is for

For modelers who want a comfortable and gentle tool for finishing surfaces. The sponges bend and adapt to the shape of a part without breaking.

Work in a well ventilated space while sanding and protect your airways from the dust.
