An add-on part representing an automatic cannon, for finishing figures and models of military vehicles. It does not make a model on its own.
Responsibility details are not available.
An automatic cannon is a rapid-firing weapon of larger caliber than a machine gun. It is mounted on vehicles, on ships, in turrets and in anti-aircraft positions, and in a modeling scene it is the element that immediately settles what kind of hardware you are looking at. This part serves to finish a build: it completes the armament of a figure, fills an empty mount on a vehicle bed or becomes the focus of a small scene with a crew. You will not assemble a model from it on its own.
First try the part dry in the place where it is to go, and only then deal with gluing. Cut the surplus material and the traces of production away with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the remainder off carefully, so that the surrounding detail does not disappear. Choose the glue according to the material: ordinary cement for plastic models holds only on polystyrene, and on other materials you need super glue. Wash and degrease the part before painting, otherwise the paint will not hold. Weapons look convincing over a dark base, on which the edges and the wear on moving parts are brought out with dry brushing. Finish the barrel with a dark deposit at the muzzle rather than with a metallic sheen.
It suits modelers who build figures with weapons, who add a missing weapon to a vehicle or who put a small diorama together. Before buying it pays to compare the size of the part with the scale of your own build.
The figure, the model, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
