Tamiya Finishing Abrasives [Medium Set] (5 Sheets: P180x2; P240x1; P320x2)

Tamiya Finishing Abrasives — Medium Set (abrasive papers)

This is a set of abrasive papers intended for modelers, not a kit and not a paint. The Medium set contains sheets in the finer grits P180, P240 and P320, which cover the intermediate stages of sanding between coarse cleanup and fine finishing of the surface. The papers are suited to removing parting lines and remnants of sprue gates and to leveling filled joints before painting.

Use

• P180 for coarser leveling of surfaces and removing larger irregularities
• P240 for refining the surface step by step
• P320 for a finer finish before the primer goes on
• They can be used dry or wet (with water) for a cleaner result

Who the set is for

Plastic modelers will appreciate the set both when preparing the surface before painting and when cleaning up parts. The graded grits allow a smooth progression from coarser to finer sanding.

This is a modeling tool (abrasive papers). The model and the paints are not included in the package.
