TS-85 Bright Mica Red is a spray paint from the TS range by Tamiya. It is a synthetic lacquer spray in a bright red shade with a fine pearl, mica effect that recalls the finishes of Ferrari cars. The can holds 100 ml and is ready for immediate use without thinning. The TS range is intended above all for plastic models, but it also suits other solid surfaces.
Suitable for builders of car and other models who are looking for a striking red pearl shade for large as well as smaller areas. Pearl paints are harder to overspray and to mask, so apply them rather at the end of the painting, once the surrounding areas are finished. The shade shows best on a smooth body, where the mica pigment reflects the light evenly and gives the finish depth.
