The Lifecolor UA233 paint in a gray-green shade listed under the code RAL 7009 and named as the German gray-green.
Responsibility details are not available.
The shade UA233 from the Lifecolor line is gray-green and its name joins the German word Graugrün with the code RAL 7009. RAL is the European standard of color shades, so the tone can be compared with an ordinary chart and judged in advance for how it will look on a model. A gray-green is a subdued tone without saturation, one that never shouts on a small area, and that is exactly what you want on a model: the smaller the object, the more exaggerated a rich color looks on it.
Subdued gray-green tones suit everywhere the surface is meant to be inconspicuous: on interior surfaces, on kit, on crates and stowage boxes or as part of a multicolor camouflage. It takes lightening with white or sand to bring out the edges well, and darkening to sink the corners, without losing its character. The name of the shade points to German vehicles, but in general it serves anywhere a subdued green with a gray cast is needed.
Stir the bottle before work, as the pigment settles at the bottom. Use the thinner intended for this line and the ratio given on the packaging. Apply in thin coats: two light ones cover better than one heavy one and do not flood the engraved detail. Wash and degrease the surface beforehand. Give the area under decals a gloss varnish, or the decal will leave fogged edges.
The subject of the delivery is a bottle of paint in the shade named. Thinner, brushes and varnishes are not in it, unless stated otherwise.
