A transition between the green of growth and the brown of masonry tends to be missing, and the brown-green shade Brown Green from Lifecolor fills exactly that gap.

Brown-green is a color you will meet in nature around buildings far more often than a pure green. Dry moss on a low wall, withered grass at the foot of a wall, an old wooden shutter, the transition between a lawn and trodden soil. The acrylic shade Brown Green is precisely this intermediate tone.
A weathered surface did not arise all at once and cannot be painted all at once either. Each coat on a model corresponds to one stage of its life: material, dust, damp, growth. When these stages are applied one after another and each only in part, the result has depth, because the lower ones show through the upper coats. In this sequence the brown-green tone stands between the ground and the vegetation and links them so that there is no jump between them. It is therefore applied partly, never over the whole area, and part of the lower coat is always left showing through.
For builders of dioramas and vignettes who want their terrain not to end with two colors, and for modelers of rural architecture. It will also find use on the terrain elements of a layout, where brown-green is more common than a rich summer green, and as a subduing coat over finished vegetation.
