Responsibility details are not available.
An acrylic paint from the range of railroad shades of the Lifecolor brand. The name of the shade is Italian and means oriental blue in translation; the attribute Satin in the name states the gloss level, that is, a silky surface between matte and gloss. Unlike the British-named shades of the same range, it is a color from the Italian circle of names of railroad vehicles.
Blue is the color on which the gloss level is noticed first. A wholly matte surface will subdue it on a model and the shade is lost; a full gloss, on the other hand, looks unnatural on a small area. A satin surface is the compromise that leaves the blue its depth and yet does not light up every reflection. On the large flat areas the body of a railroad vehicle has, that tends to be precisely the difference between a toy and a model.
For railroad modelers who work with named shades and want control over the gloss level already when choosing a color. It also suits makers of display models, where a satin surface keeps the shape readable under constant lighting better than a full gloss.
Keep out of the reach of children. Work in a ventilated area and protect your eyes and skin. Follow the instructions given by the manufacturer on the packaging.
