The acrylic modeling paint IDF Green from Lifecolor is a green shade from the same group of the palette as both sand gray tones marked IDF.
Responsibility details are not available.
A single bottle of acrylic modeling paint from the palette of the Italian manufacturer Lifecolor. The shade carries the marking IDF in the name together with the word Green. In the manufacturer's palette it forms a group with two sand gray tones of the same marking, which is useful information for a modeler: the colors are meant as a whole, not as a randomly picked shade.
The combination of green and sand gray is interesting for a modeler because both colors have low saturation and yet stand on opposite sides of the temperature spectrum. Green looks cooler, sand gray warmer, and when they are laid side by side they highlight each other without the scene starting to look gaudy. That is exactly why such pairs suit dioramas where it should be visible that one vehicle has been through a different environment than the other. The green tone also takes later work with the dust and mud shades the manufacturer has in the same palette well.
The paint suits armor modelers and diorama builders who build a palette shade by shade and want a green matched to the rest of the same group.
Keep out of the reach of children. Work in a well-ventilated area and follow the instructions on the packaging.
