USS Missouri railings 1:200 (part 6) is a photo-etched accessory set with railings for a model of the battleship USS Missouri. It is the sixth part of a series of photo-etched sets, not a standalone model.
Responsibility details are not available.
This photo-etched set brings fine metal railings for a model of the American battleship USS Missouri in 1:200 scale. As the sixth part of a continuing series it concentrates on the deck railings, replacing the simplified plastic elements with thin, faithful photo-etched parts. It is not a ship model but an accessory for models of the Missouri type in the stated scale.
USS Missouri (BB-63) was an Iowa-class battleship, on whose deck the Japanese surrender was signed in 1945. She also served in later conflicts and today she is a museum ship. The Iowa-class ships are among the best-known battleships in history.
Separate the railings from the fret with a sharp knife on a hard surface and shape the bends on a photo-etch bender. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue and install them only at the end of the build, so that the long, delicate strips are not damaged. Degrease the parts and lay on a primer before painting.
The accessory is supplied unpainted, and the ship model itself is not included in the package.
