Vallejo Decal Fix 17 ml is a fixing solution applied to the surface of the model before the decal is laid down ; it improves the adhesion of the decal and helps push out the air bubbles underneath it. It is not a paint and not a kit but an auxiliary chemical for decals.
Vallejo Decal Softener 17 ml is a softening solution applied onto a decal already in place : the decal softens and draws itself into engraved lines and surface irregularities, so that it no longer looks like a sticker. It is neither a paint nor a kit but auxiliary chemistry for decals.
