This sheet from Green Stuff World is not a paint and not a sticker - it is a water-soaked decal with digital pixel camouflage in desert sand, ocher and light brown shades. It serves to give a model modern geometric camouflage without stencils, masking tape and an airbrush. The size of the sheet and the number of designs are given on the packaging.
A decal belongs after the base has been sprayed and sealed with a gloss coat, but still before the weathering. If you apply it onto finished weathering, the edge of the film will show on the dusty surface and the wash will creep under it. Once it is dry, seal the decal with a coat, and only then come the streaking, the filters and the dust. Watch out also for the age and the storage of the sheet: decals kept in heat and damp lose their flexibility, the film then cracks when soaked and the adhesive layer does not hold. It is a good idea to try an older sheet on an edge piece first and, if need be, to go over it with a thin layer of clear varnish before soaking, which will strengthen the film.
