XTREME METAL GOLD

AK Interactive Xtreme Metal Gold

Xtreme Metal Gold is a metallic modeling paint on a lacquer base from manufacturer AK Interactive, ready to spray directly with an airbrush. Fine metallic micro-pigments create a realistic gold metallic surface once dry, suited to decorative elements, fittings, ornamental trim, and details on figures and dioramas. It is neither an acrylic nor an enamel; it thins and cleans with the original Xtreme-series thinner and cleaner. The paint has high coverage, does not harm plastic, and can be top-coated without losing its shine.

Use

• Apply with an airbrush; mix thoroughly before use, as the metallic pigment settles to the bottom.
• Get the best shine on a smooth, glossy surface (ideally a glossy black primer coat).
• Apply the metallic coat last — it is harder to mask and overspray.
• Suited to gilded and decorative elements on models, figures, and dioramas.

Who it is for
