An AMMO of Mig Jimenez modeling paint in the Yellow Grey shade, that is, a gray with a yellow cast.
Responsibility details are not available.
Yellow Grey is a gray with a yellow cast. Next to a neutral gray it looks warmer and it behaves differently on a model: it does not collapse into a cold tone even in deep shadow and it keeps its color under warm light. Shades in this range suit anywhere a surface is meant to look faded and dusty rather than freshly sprayed, and they sit well with the beige and sand tones around them. In the manufacturer's range the shade carries a part number by which it can be ordered again, so a model already under way can be finished in the same paint even a year later.
It is applied with an airbrush and with a brush. The thinner and the thinning ratio follow the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging; use the thinner intended for this range, as a thinner from elsewhere may curdle the paint or change how it dries. Stir the paint thoroughly before every use, as the pigment settles in the bottle and unstirred paint changes shade between the first and the last pass.
The paint is supplied on its own. Thinner, brushes and a model are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
