Wheels with tires flattened under load for the BAC TSR.2 in 1:144 scale is a resin accessory from the Armory brand that replaces the wheels supplied in the plastic kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is an accessory set, not a model of the aircraft. It contains wheels cast in resin whose tires are shaped with the settling where they touch the ground. The manufacturer is Armory. The number of pieces and the rest of the contents of the package are not stated here.
The TSR.2 was a British twin-engined aircraft intended for reconnaissance and strikes on ground targets, developed in the first half of the 1960s. The program was canceled and the machine never reached series production, so only a few prototypes remained. For modelers it is interesting precisely because it is hardware that can only be built from the surviving machines and period documentation.
In 1:144 scale the wheels are really small, so bear that in mind when handling them. Work over a light-colored tray with raised edges so that a part that springs away does not get lost, and use tweezers with fine tips. Wash the casting in lukewarm soapy water before painting so that the mold release agent disappears from it. Cut the casting block off with a sharp knife or a fine saw and level the surface with sanding paper. It is glued with cyanoacrylate, which you should apply with a pin or a piece of wire rather than straight from the bottle. A larger drop will flood a part in this scale. Turn the settled part of the tire down toward the base.
The accessory is supplied unpainted. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
