Responsibility details are not available.
A decal sheet from the Hungarian manufacturer HAD models for a model of the Fokker 70 airliner in the colors of the Hungarian carrier MALÉV, prepared for 1:144 scale. It is not a kit but an accessory for a model that you buy separately. The decals are waterslide.
The Fokker 70 is a twin-engine jet airliner of Dutch manufacture, derived from the larger Fokker 100 by shortening the fuselage. The engines are mounted on either side of the rear fuselage and the aircraft has a T-tail. In capacity and range it was meant for shorter regional routes where a larger type would not be filled. MALÉV was the Hungarian airline, and machines of this type were part of its equipment for the European network in the 1990s and the period that followed.
Airliners have a smooth glossy surface, so it is worth finishing the model with gloss clear coat for the sake of the overall look anyway, and the decals then hold ideally. The long lengthwise stripes along the fuselage call for calm and a steady hand: lay them on in one piece, line them up against some fixed point on the fuselage and only then soak the water up. At the windows and the transitions onto leading edges use a decal softener. In 1:144 scale the markings are tiny, so work with tweezers and cut the decals out close to the artwork. Choose the final varnish according to how glossy the scheme should be, which for airliners is usually semi-matte to gloss.
This is a decal sheet, not a kit. The model, paints and varnish are not included in the package.
