An injection-molded plastic kit of the legendary Nissan Skyline GT-R of the BNR34 (R34) generation with engine detail, in 1:24 scale from the Japanese manufacturer Fujimi. Unlike the bodywork versions, this kit holds an engine assembly and an engine bay, so the car can be displayed with the hood open. Chrome and clear parts, rubber tires and decals are usually included. The model is assembled and painted.
The Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 is the peak of the classic GT-R era - it was powered by the twin-turbo RB26DETT inline six-cylinder engine with all-wheel drive and the ATTESA system. Thanks to its performance, its technology and its looks it became a cult car, an icon of the Japanese automotive scene at the turn of the millennium.
Assemble and paint the engine in detail before you close the engine bay - metallic shades and washes bring out the individual components. Give the body a gloss clear coat, and glue the glazing only at the end with glue for clear parts. A build with an engine is better suited to more experienced modelers.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
