An accessory in 1:24 scale for building a pick-up in post-apocalyptic style, that is, a vehicle converted for fighting and survival with whatever was at hand. A flamethrower belongs to the typical equipment of such machines: roughly mounted, visibly improvised and deliberately not part of the original design of the vehicle. The designation universal means that the element is not tied to a single kit and can be placed on the bed, on the roof as well as beside the cab.
It is used most often when building dioramas and conversions, where the aim is to turn a production vehicle into a mobile improvised weapon platform. It also comes into its own as a separate detail in a scene beside a figure or as an accessory to other vehicles in the same scale.
Before gluing, wash the parts in lukewarm water with a drop of dish soap and let them dry. Cut the surplus material off with a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the rest down, so that the surface is not damaged. The suitable glue is given in the manufacturer's instructions; with accessory parts cyanoacrylate glue is used universally. Apply primer before painting. Flat shades, heavy rust, scorched metal at the muzzle and traces of soot applied with a dry pigment suit the post-apocalyptic conception.
For modelers who build vehicles outside their production form and want to complete them with a striking improvised weapon. Paints, glue and other material for finishing are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
