A photo-etched set of wing armament parts in 1:24 scale from the Czech maker Eduard. The set refines the fitting of the guns in the wings and their surroundings, adding thin covers, panels and small details that raise the fidelity markedly at such a large scale. This is not an airplane model but a stand-alone detail accessory.
The Hawker Typhoon Mk.Ib was a British single-engine fighter and attack aircraft of the Second World War; the Car Door version was marked by side doors to the cabin. The set is aimed at the armament housed in the wings and its outer details.
Break the small parts out with a sharp blade right on a hard surface, make the bends over a ruler and form the thin sheet carefully. The etching is fixed with super glue; check the fit with the plastic parts of the wing before gluing.
The accessory is supplied as a set of photo-etched parts. The airplane model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
